About Small Churches

 

·        One half of all churches in Canada have 75 or fewer in attendance.

·        Most resources come out of and are directed at larger churches. Few resources are developed especially for the smaller church.

·        Small churches seldom reach outside themselves for support.

·        Many smaller churches struggle just to stay alive.

·        There is still great potential for good ministry in small churches and small communities.

·        Small churches can be healthy and effective no matter what size they are.

My vision is to encourage small churches and to help them to be healthy and effective through leadership development

 

My Strategy

 

·        To give encouragement and hope

·        Provide resources to church leaders

·        Conduct leadership retreats and seminars

·        Give support by coaching leaders
